Shipping & Return Policy

All items are fully covered by a no questions asked warranty. The only exception is gross negligence or intentional damage to the product such as cutting it in half with a grinder or attempting to modify the product with a Dremel tool. Please retain your original purchase information and include it in the return information. In order to initiate a warranty or return ticket please contact us at (tbd address). Refunds will be provided for items returned minus a 15% restocking fee. All warranty items will be returned on a manufacturer provided shipping label and if a replacement item is required, the replacement item will be shipped immediately.
